Standard procedure in the realization of sales and leasings:

  1. At first we will view your property, assess the price of your proprerty and the possibility of sale or leasing.
  2. We will confirm proof of ownership and other deeds of your property and draw up an agreement of intermediation.
  3. We will process data and take a photo or video of your estate.
  4. We will then offer your estate to our clients, advertise it on our notice board in Národní street in Prague 1, on the internet estate servers Reality.cz, České reality or Sreality and on our websites. We also publicize our offers in the real estate magazines Grand Reality, Realit etc. Our way of working is active, meaning that we are able to find a specific group or person interested in a specific kind of estate and we send our offer directly to them.
  5. We will arrange viewings of estates with interested persons and make overviews about it.
  6. If the interested person decides to buy an estate, we will arrange the drawing up of a contract of purchase or lease. We will prepare all documents and we will discuss conditions of the contract with the interested person. We advise on the best method of payment so you don´t lose your money or have to wait for it for a long time.
  7. We will arrange your tax consulting relating to the sale.
  8. Signed contrats will be delivered to the Land Registry to record your title.

Mediatory reward covers all expenses connected with procurement. It is from 3 to 6 % from the realized price ( depending on demands of the order ). In case of rental agreement the comission is 1 – 2 monthly rent.

Documents necessary for conclusion of mediatory contract:

  1. Proof of ownership
  2. Picture of cadastral map
  3. Extract from the Register of Companies of Corporation
  4. Title deed
  5. Leases
  6. Ground plans
